Day 1
Bangkok – Kanchanaburi

Depart by road from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi which is surrounded by hills and mountains all the way to the Burmese border.  Arrive by afternoon and check-in to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and stay overnight.

Day 2
Kanchanaburi

After breakfast, enjoy a full day tour, visiting the War Museum, the Allied War Cemetery and the famous bridge over the River Kwai. Then take a ride on the ‘Death Railway’ train to Nam Tok station. Enjoy Thai lunch, followed by a boat ride to Kaeng Lawa Cave with its peculiar rock mations. Return to your hotel and stay overnight.

Day 3
Kanchanaburi – Bangkok – Chiang Mai

After breakfast, depart by road to Bangkok. Arrive and spend the rest of the day at leisure and stay overnight.

Day 4
Bangkok – Chiang Mai

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to depart by air to Chiang Mai. Known as ‘The Rose of the North’, Chiang Mai is abundant with flowers that thrive in the cooler mountain climate.

Optional: In the evening, enjoy an optional Khantok dinner accompanied by traditional folk music and dance show.

Stay overnight.

Day 5
Chiang Mai

After breakfast, head to the mountains in the morning and visit the Doi Suthep temple. Return to the city and see other religious sites. In the afternoon, visit the village handicraft centre. Return to your hotel and stay overnight.

Day 6
Chiang Mai – Bangkok

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to depart by air to Bangkok. Continue with your onward holiday.
